This 38,000 square foot office building utilizes a structural steel superstructure with a composite floor system and metal bar joist roof system. The brick veneer is supported by a bypass metal stud wall system designed for 130 MPH wind speeds and seismic "D" loads. The foundation system utilizes shallow reinforced concrete footings and seismic tie beams at the column lines.
