The superstructure of this 80,000 square foot three story mixed-use facility consists of structural steel and special reinforced concrete for gravity and lateral support. This structure was design to withstand 130 MPH winds and Seismic Category D loadings. The foundation system consists of shallow reinforced concrete on gravel-column stabilization system. The exterior brick veneer and glass system is supported by a cold-formed metal stud curtain walls system capable of withstanding the high wind loads.
