This 85,000 square foot retail center features two anchor stores, a large store in the center and multiple stores in between. Wall construction consists of reinforced structural masonry including a 15'-0 tall parapet at the anchor stores. The walls were designed for 130 MPH winds and Seismic Zone D loadings. The roof was constructed using long-span joists and joist girders.
