The first two floors of this 40,000 square foot mixed use facility are dedicated to office space with the third floor dedicated to residential use. The superstructure is structural steel with moment frames and the floor / second story roof structure utilizes a concrete composite deck system. The penthouse roof system utilizes cold-formed metal trusses and steel joists. The irregular shape of this building added to the design complexity as did the 130 MPH wind and Seismic Zone D requirements.
