This 8,200 square foot 3 story residential structure was built using structural steel, structural masonry and structural timber for both gravity support and lateral resistance. Interior brick arches on two floors, an open floor plan, and a nine hundred pound granite tub added to the design complexity of this structure. The roof is constructed of both sawn and laminated timbers. The home is located in a 130 MPH wind zone and a high seismic zone.
