The 9,000 square foot two story retail structure features exposed steel members and connections at the front facade. Gravity and lateral forces are resisted by structural steel frames and steel floor joists with a noncomposite concrete deck system. The roof system was constructed using sloping steel bar joists and metal roof deck. The structure was designed to withstand 130 MPH winds and Seismic Category D loadings.
