The connection design scope for this 35,000 square foot worship center consisted of both seismic and non-seismic braced frames. HSS standard vertical and chevron bracing were used in both the visitor center and the sanctuary with the latter requiring the seismic braces. Special connection designs included vertical brace connections to sloping HSS rafter beams and seismic vertical braces to both wide flange column and HSS columns.
