This 90,000 square foot bearing manufacturing plant contains 10,500 square foot of mezzanine office space. This structure utilized structural steel to support code required live, dead and lateral loads. The exterior cladding utilized precast concrete panels. The roof system framing utilizes bar joist and truss girders as well as structural steel to support four massive AHU, Chillers, sprinker systems, and piping support. Design services were performed as a Design-build project.
