This 47,000 square foot, multipurpose structure consists of a three story building and four story building connected by a three story exterior breezeway. The foundation consists of concrete piles with concrete pile caps and grade beams. The superstructure is structural steel with composite deck concrete floors. The bypass curtain wall system is cold-formed metal studs designed for 130 MPH winds. The barrel roof was built using metal trusses, curved structural steel and curved roof deck.
